Caitlyn Berry

Caitlyn is a junior trial lawyer whose practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Caitlyn was born and mostly raised in the Lower Mainland, with time spent in the Kootenays as a child and in Ireland as a teenager. Prior to attending university, she worked at a variety of businesses and government agencies. She had the privilege of attending two particularly beautiful university campuses, Capilano University and the University of Victoria, where she obtained her undergraduate degree and law degree respectively. As part of her law degree, she completed an internship with the B.C. Securities Commission, which included research on current events and regulatory policy work. Following law school, she completed her articles under the tutelage of Aseem Dosanjh, practicing personal injury and assisting a wide variety of clients. She was called to the bar in October of 2020 and went on to practice with a boutique insurance firm for 3 years before joining the team at Parsons Corrin.

Caitlyn understands that being injured in an accident can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, and she aims to make clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process.
